Assistant Director for Rehabilitation Services

Broadly based responsibilities for the oversight of clinical/rehabilitative services at CBO providing residential services to individuals with mental illness or mental illness with co-occurring addictive disorders. This position has a great deal of latitude in being able to conceptualize and implement practice strategies within the programs. Responsibility for organization of education and training of management and direct care staff in clinical/rehabilitative practice and models.

Two years post-masters supervisory experience in addition to  experience (pre or post-masters) working in residential settings for people with mental illness. Working knowledge of Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing Strategies.
