Assistant Director of Nursing/Patient Care Manager

Full-time exempt position available for an ADON/Patient Care Manager in our Nursing Department.

 

The ADON/Patient Care Manager will perform various functions as outlined in the job description that would include but are not limited to:

 Assisting the Director of Nursing Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility.On-Call BiWeekly to Perform Functions of Charge Nurse, if necessaryMake daily rounds to insure staff is performing appropriately.Answering telephones.Direct residents/family members to correct individuals. 

Candidates for this position must possess a unemcumbered Pennsylvania license as a Registered Nurse.  This position requires good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to assist as needed on the floor.  Experience a must.
