Assistant Program Manager

Assistant Program Manager needed for an exciting new service for individuals with substance abuse disorders who require short term residential based services.  The assistant program manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of the clinical program, supervision of direct care and clinical staff and contract/budge management.  He/she will report directly to the Manager of the Danvers Treatment Center.  The program has a strong therapy component, psychiatric consultation, nursing and aftercare coordination.  Individuals may be referred from a variety of settings, including detoxification programs, crisis-screening centers and community based programs.  The assistant program manager should have at least 7 years of experience in addictions, 2 years supervisory experience and have a minimum of a LADC and/or master degree.
