Position:

 

This is a full time position in our Wilton Office. 

 

Responsibilities:

 Call the leads generated from our database / State License Lists-makes 75-100 outbound calls per day.Provide completed applications to Senior Recruiters for follow up.Answer any questions confidentially without discussing specifics such as Hospital Names or pay rates.Record all call activity in the database.E-mail confirmation or follow up with the leads-help with filling out incomplete application forms.Help in the pre-qualification and reference checking process as directed by Senior Recruiters.

 

Requirements:Must be proficient in MS Word and MS Outlook.Comfortable with navigating the web. Must be able to make a min of 75 calls per day.Good phone presenceCustomer Service oriented, need a person that can provide very high level of client satisfaction.
