Assistant Veterinary Office Manager

If you love Pets and people your dream job is here!  To understand what makes Banfield, The Pet Hospital unique, you must first know the philosophy that guides our practice: Treating each Pet like family.  As a part of our team you’ll help create the practice of tomorrow – a practice where Pets receive the same level of care we expect for ourselves. As an Assistant Veterinary Office Manager you will provide professional, efficient and exceptional service by driving the flow of clients and Pets through the hospital in order to maximize the productivity of the veterinary medical team.  You will ensure excellent communication with team members and clients, and coordinate the care of clients and Pets in a welcoming and friendly manner.  You will also be responsible for directing the Front Desk Coordinators and Pet Counselors to ensure they accomplish these objectives in the absence of the Veterinary Office Manager. Assisting the Veterinary Office Manager in leading the veterinary medical team will be one of your most important responsibilities.
