Assistant Veterinary Technician

You will have the opportunity to perform procedures that do not require Veterinarian assistance as well as completing preparatory work and monitoring hospitalized or surgical Pets. You will educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, Pet health needs, diagnosis, treatment plans, and hospital services. As a Veterinary Technician, you will obtain and record relevant information and history from clients and maintain proper and complete medical charts.  You will also ensure the safety of Pets, clients and team members by utilizing safe restraining techniques, following standard protocols and maintaining clean, sterile and organized treatment areas, exam rooms and labs.
