Responsibilities:

Concordia is seeking a qualified Assisted Living Coordinator to harmonize all resident services for our Assisted Living and Memory Support Center. This Coordinator is responsible for the evaluation and ongoing admission process, and ensuring strong resident satisfaction and the hiring, training and scheduling of Assisted Living Associates as supervised by the Director of Health Services.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with experience in an Assisted Living and/or Memory Support setting. An Assisted Living/Residential Care Administrator Certification is a plus.
