Associate Director, Report Development

The Associate Director, Report Development reports directly to the Director, Database Administration & Report Development and is a primary customer service contact for all database reporting needs. The Associate Director designs and maintains a library of custom reports and advanced search queries that staff can run themselves; creates and tests complex customized reports and assists in the implementation of new applications and/or modifications to existing systems. ***NOTE*** This position is located in our Glendale, CA offices********* Qualifications: College degree or equivalent experience required. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relational database and report development experience, programming experience using tools such as sequel and experience using a report writer such as Crystal Reports. Training experience and familiarity with fundraising database systems a plus. Skills Required: Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills a must. The ideal candidate will be able to assume overall responsibility for projects, exercise good judgment, clarify project requirements and take ownership from beginning to end. Programming skills using tools such as sequel and skill with report writers such as Crystal Reports preferred. Candidate must be able to handle multiple projects and priorities and meet established deadlines.
