If this sounds like something you believe in, consider joining us in Portland, Oregon. Associate Manager Cath Lab / ACU In this role, the chosen candidate will be responsible for managing daily unit operations and providing support and assistance to the manager. This position holds direct administrative authority for specific nursing units. Key functions will include assisting with the management of department personnel and ensuring the provision of safe, cost-effective, quality patient care, in addition to facilitating a safe work environment and providing educational activities for the staff. The associate manager will also be relied on to serve as a back up resource for the staff. The assistant manager is not an interim step in the communication link between the staff and the manager, but rather a facilitator or additional resource.   We are in search of a candidate possessing at least three years of clinical experience as an RN in a Cath Lab/ACU area with an Oregon RN license (or eligibility). The successful candidate will also have a BLS with AED certification and ACLS. We prefer a candidate with a BSN, at least three years’ experience in a similar role, extensive knowledge in area of clinical expertise, and certification in specialty area.
