Join our Team as a Home Care Nurse!!!!
A Home Health nurse carries a case load of about 17 patients you are responsible to visit approximately 6-7 patients in your neighbor in a day.
We are looking for someone who is bilingual (Russian, Khmer, Spanish) and has at least 2 years experience in an acute care setting and who is confident with their clinical skills, we'll teach you the rest!
Case Manager (Home Care RN) have a Great starting salary
