Find out by exploring a career with St. Joseph's Healthcare System.BENEFITS SPECIALISTWe are currently seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to handle the day-to-day coordination and administration of group benefit plans for the system.Responsibilities will include:acting as a liaison between employees and vendorspresenting benefits at orientation meetingsreviewing & processing bills, LOAs and benefit reportscoordinating annual benefit open enrollment periodprocessing Pension/403(b) Plan.heavy data entry of new hire data into HR systemscoordinating/attending all benefit related meetings and eventshandling a variety of related benefits functions as necessary To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of benefits experience, have general knowledge of human resource functions, and possess solid analytical skills. Knowledge of Total HR and Ceridian a Plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task, PC proficiency, as well as excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills will be expected.
