BEREAVEMENT COUNSELOR

BEREAVEMENT COUNSELOR We are looking for team members who will continue to share our vision of providing care and education to individuals to positively transform the way people view and experience end of life care. PART-TIME BEREAVEMENT COUNSELOR - 24 HOURS A WEEK, LPC OR LPCC PREFERRED, WILL CONSIDER, LSW OR LISW, EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CHILDREN PREFERRED Bereavement Counselors are responsible for the delivery of bereavement services to bereaved hospice caregivers and families. This includes ongoing assessment of bereavement needs, identification of ongoing individual and group counseling needs, direct casework, bereavement services and community education, outreach & referral. Must hold a current license as a social worker or counselor in Ohio and be able to obtain certification /registration as a social worker in the state of Michigan.
