BOOKKEEPER

Diamondback Management Services, a corporate office for long-term care entities located in north central San Antonio, currently has a great opportunity for a Corporate Bookkeeper with leadership qualities, a desire to learn, and the ability to meet deadlines. 

 

Responsibilities:Financial Statement AnalysisStatement Preparation related to monthly closing such as account reconciliations, transaction review, and journal entriesFixed Asset transactionsBank Reconciliations Review Quarterly Tax reportsMaintain and Create reports in ExcelProperty Tax maintenance and filingsLoan Compliance statement preparationAssist and train the field bookkeepersAssisting in Budget Forecasting As needed Special Projects from the Controller & CFO



Requirements:An understanding of Accounting processes and experience with preparing all types of accounting transactionsAbility to effectively communicate in writing and orallyProficient in using MS Office softwareExperience with MAS200 and FAS is preferredPrevious Healthcare industry experience is preferred
