Catastrophic Case Manager

Medical Case Management Company seeks individual with Case Management Experience or strong transferable skills to provide case management services. Caseload consists primarily of individuals involved in automobile accidents or workers compensation injuries. Knowledge of Automobile No Fault and general rehabilitation preferred. CCM or CCM eligible preferred but not required.

Case Manager will work from home with supervision from corporate office. Must have computer access and be comfortable working independently. Will travel locally to physician offices, therapy offices, claimant homes and meetings with other professionals throughout the week. Will be required to pursue information via telephone, set up own appointments, enter information into web based computer system, and communicate with a variety of professionals and supervisor. Caseload consists of multiple injury and catastrophic injury cases. Knowledge of traumatic brain injury and comfort in dealing with family issues helpful. Part and full time opportunities. Will train strong candidates.

Must have a good attitude and be interested in learning. Must be able to work independently and be open to telephonic training and supervision.
