Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Do you have passion for sales and empathy for families in crisis?Join our team of dedicated staff providing a safe, friendly and beautiful residence for senior citizens. Residence Sales Homestead Assisted Living Residence in Beatrice, Nebraska  Terrific opportunity for an energetic, friendly and assertive sales person.  You will be an outside marketer, and sales person calling on doctors, hospitals, senior centers, churches,  elder care community leaders including Chamber of Commerce and business leaders. Build long term relationships and ask for referrals of families who need help caring for a loved one who can no longer live alone. You will identify the unique needs of each family, give a tour of our residence highlighting benefits and close the sale of our month to month leases.  Utilize a planned sales strategy to gain maximum occupancy and revenue targets and to increase the awareness and reputation of our residences.   We prefer 2+ years outside sales experience in senior housing or healthcare.
