Position Summary

Our Treatment Foster Care program based in Arlington is hiring a part time Behavior Aide who will assists clinical staff in the implementation and monitoring of individual service plans that result in improved adaptive social/interpersonal functioning and high rates of successful program completion among youngsters.  The BA will also monitor the physical and mental well being, individual and group interactions with peers, and age appropriate behaviors of the youth and implement interventions as necessary.

Requirements:Highh School diploma, Associates in Human Services discipline preferred, valid drivers’ license, reliable transportation for travel to client homes, safe driving record, proof of auto insurance, and appropriate background clearances.
