The Brunswick Campus is a 316-bed full service (excluding open heart surgery) not-for-profit hospital that serves the healthcare needs of the residents of eight counties and is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Located approximately 70 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida, and 75 miles south of Savannah, Georgia, the Brunswick Campus represents the only major medical facility in a 150 mile area.

 

We are currently seeking a Benefits Administrator to join our team. Performs administrative duties relating to the functioning of the HR Dept., specializing in the administration of various team member benefit

plans, including but not limited to life, health, dental & disability insurance, retirement plans, short/long term disability & FMLA.Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field3-5 years working with benefits programs req. Previous accounting/bookkeeping &/or exp. with monthly benefit billing req.Must demonstrate superior interpersonal, analytical, planning & coordinating skills. High degree of accuracy is mandatory.Clerical skills should include facsimile & personal computer.  Experience with word processing; Excel spreadsheets, & graphics/presentation software required.
