University Health System has one of the finest health care teams in the nation.  We are on the search for a Benefits Analyst with a positive attitude, professional competence and an ability to build productive working relationships that are vitally important to the success of our health care mission.  This professional will be responsible for providing support for medical and dental plans for employees.  This individual acts as liaison to carriers, plan administrators and third party providers in the investigation and resolution of complex benefit coverage matters. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who desires to take that next step in their career and make a difference!

 

Salary: $35K - $50K and is commensurate with experience.

 

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.  Thorough understanding of legislation to include ERISA, Flexible Spending Accounts, COBRA, and FMLA is required.  Three year’s recent experience providing service for medical and dental benefits and associated benefits is preferred.
