Benefits Analyst-Retirement

Henry Schein, Inc. is the largest distributor of healthcare products to office-based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets. Customers include dental practices and laboratories, physician practices, and veterinary clinics, as well as government and other institutions.

 

The Human Resources Department has a full-time position available for a Benefits Analyst.  This position will be responsible for the administration of all health, welfare and retirement programs including medical, dental, vision, disability plans, 401k and related programs. 

 

The incumbent will:

·  Advise employees on questions and concerns relating to benefits and provides technical support to Human Resources personnel. 

·  Responsible for all analysis relating to benefit costs, administration, plan design, etc. 

·  Coordinate the annual open enrollment for all applicable employee benefit plans. 

·  Review benefit plans to ensure compliance with existing laws and legislative changes.
