Benefits and Compensation Analyst

Healthcare facility in the Joliet, IL area has an excellent, immediate opening for a Benefits and Compensation Analyst.

 

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Benefits: Processing medical, dental, vision, life, LTD and other health & welfare benefit enrollments for all employeesProvide exceptional customer service on all issues of health & welfare benefitsAdminister pre-tax benefitsAdminister eligibility reporting to carriers and reconciliation of discrepanciesWork with plan carries on status updates, issue reconciliation and information sharingMaintain working knowledge of company policies and federal and state regulations on health & welfare benefitsAssist with leave of absence processingCreate reports and other projects as assigned

Compensation:  Market pricing-job evaluation, job description creation, salary survey analysis Project management is required.

Recruiting:  Sourcing and recruiting, managing open requisitions, understanding job specificationsConduct phone screening and face-to-face interviews and contribute to the hiring decisionFilling open positions in a timely manner is also a requirement for this position

Qualifications:5 years of experienceGeneralist background  with recruitment experience
