Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are currently searching for a detail driven Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese) to join our Customer Service Department. In this multi tasking position, you will be responsible for handling incoming /out going calls and web email from members, health plan providers and provider offices, as well as assisting in marketing and member retention efforts.
The ideal candidate must be Bilingual in English/ Spanish or English /Vietnamese, and proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 definitions, and medical terminology is also necessary. A clear and pleasant telephone voice is required. Prior health plan, IPA or medical group experience a huge plus!
