Bilingual International Operations Manager

USHIFU, LLC is a Charlotte, NC based healthcare development company and medical device distributor committed to creating a new standard for Prostate cancer treatment with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) therapy.  USHIFU is the exclusive distributor of the Sonablate 500® in the Americas and South Africa.  The device is an ablation technique for localized prostate cancer therapy.  USHIFU is the funding source for Phase II and III U.S. clinical trials of the device.

The USHIFU service area includes international treatment site locations in Mexico, Canada, and Bahamas, as well as business operations in South America.

As International Operations Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the individual will direct, develop, implement and administer operations strategies and objectives to ensure achievement of the organizations goals and objectives.  Specifically including but not limited to:

*Direct the operations function in conjunction with business growth;

*Meeting organizational financial objectives;

*Assist in the development of the organizations policies, procedures and practices;

*Direct management responsibility for clinical operations function;

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

*Bilingual in Spanish is required.

*Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field including Life Sciences or Biomedical;  MBA is highly desirable.

*3 - 5 years management experience in healthcare development is highly desirable;

*Excellent analytical and management skills;

*Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills;

*Travel throughout the Americas is required.
