Bilingual Member Service Representative

This position is for a senior Healthplan in need of a spanish speaking member service representative. The duties are, but not limited to: familiarity with Medi-Care and Medi-Cal guidelines, outstanding customer services skills, explanation of benefits, insurance verifications, authorizations, appointment scheduling, and claim status. Must have previous healthcare experience.
