Other responsibilities include hiring, training/ developing and appraising team, ensure delivery routes are opertionally efficant, inventory control to maximize product availabilty and minimize cost of goods sold, make sure we are compliant with DOT/FDA laws and adherence to JCAHO standards.Requires 3-5+ years' related experience, CDL with HazMat cargo (or ability to obtain within 120 days-we reimburse CDL/endorsement test costs).
