We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Staffing Branch Manager to oversee Operations and Business Development in the Atlanta, GA area.

The Branch Manager is accountable for the successful profit outcome of his/her operation while maintaining corporate policies, procedures and compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
The responsibilities of the Branch Director include business development, client retention, development & implementation of recruiting plans, branch operations which include, but are not limited to applicant flow, hiring, payroll, workers comp, benefits & overall quality service. Proven track record in sales planning & execution, development & implementation of recruiting plans, overall exp in ops & sales, as well as full P&L responsibility. Qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate stability, increased responsibility within their work history, & be able to articulate sound business decisions involving the ever changing demands within a service industry. A minimum of 5 yrs service industry exp., with 3 yrs in a STAFFING Manager/Director role are required for this position. Salary based on experience. This package will include a MONTHLY bonus plan based on performance and fantastic benefits.
