POSITION DESCRIPTION:

 

The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective management, budgetary planning and compliance (including profitability) of an assigned branch office.  This includes overall responsibility for:

 

·  Achieving profit results consistent with established budget

·  Effective management and supervision of all internal staff

·  Implementation of a consistent business development program to maximize billable hours and sales growth, thereby increasing market share and operating profits.

 

Qualifications:

·  Previous experience in a consultative sales environment

·  Strong communication/phone skills

·  Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales quotas

·  Ability to build internal and external relationships

 

Compensation:
