We now have a new opportunity available at our downtown Chicago headquarters.The Brand Paralegal will support the Brand use, protection and enforcement activities of the Association.  The incumbent will provide direct support to the Chief Brand Counsel, Senior Brand Counsel and Brand CounselRequired basic qualifications include:  minimum of five years experience as a trademark, corporate or litigation paralegal, or equivalent work experience; previous responsibility for a substantial docket and experience in conducting due diligence in a law firm or corporate environment; proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, data entry and retrieval (e.g., Access) and online searches and investigations (e.g., Nexus, D&B).Preferred qualifications include: Paralegal certificate; Bachelor’s Degree; knowledge of WorldMark Trademark system; strong organization, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.BCBSA employs more than 900 of the best strategic thinkers in the health insurance industry.
