Breast Clinic Manager

Full time, exempt: the Clinical Operations Manager of the Breast Center has clinical, administrative, and fiscal accountability for Breast Center. The Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls the delivery of patient services and is responsible for ensuring department compliance to regulatory standards, i.e. Federal, State, MQSA and JCAHO, as well as adherence to hospitals's Best Practice guidelines. This position will be directly responsible for the center's transition to digital mammography and the adaptation of technologies and services to support women's health initiatives. The Clinical Operations Manager is directly accountable to the Executive Director of Ancillary Services. This position also maintains collaborative accountability to the Breast Centers' Medical Directors and physicians. Qualifications include CA license of Mammography Technologist, 5 to 10 years of progressive clinical and management experience in healthcare. evidence of active and current clinical and administrative continuing education, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and creative problem solving skills.
