For employees working in the analysis phase to prepare detailed specifications, use the Systems Analysis function. - Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.  As a Business Analyst, you would support our mission to provide superior products and customer service by focusing on development of new technology solutions for new and existing international customers.Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Working with less structured, more complex issues. Serving as a resource to others. Gathering and analyzing business requirements for system enhancements. Creating Business Requirement Documents and securing business approvals. Working with the System Analyst during design phase and supporting the project through the development lifecycle. Supporting business groups (Business Development, Product, Operations & Sales) in preparation for application deployment. Conducting analysis on complex business problems, and making recommendations on solutions. Participating in User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements.   Helping to build the benefit realization plan. Large, complex projects focusing on process improvements and or new products and services. Assessing and interpreting customer needs and requirements. Identifying solutions to non-standard requests and problems. Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses. Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks. Translates concepts into practice. Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues. Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others. Acts as a resource for others with less experience. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Systems and business analysis experience.  Familiarization with claims processing systems. Served as a Business Analyst for large complex projects that required investments of $250k or more. Must have worked on or been a part of a team that created a product or service that had never been developed before. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience writing business requirements or creating business process documentation. Detail-oriented with a drive for issue resolution. Solid MS Office skills. Large, complex project support.
