Business Analyst - PBM experience needed

We’re looking for an individual with Rx claims software and PBM experience to join our Cypress team. The Business Analyst will build, maintain and audit the benefit plan implementation. Key responsibilities of the Business Analyst include: Building, maintaining and auditing benefits in Rx Claim Providing and designing all pieces for implementation Analyzing data Designing the benefit plan Running queries to ensure the plan and benefit structure are accurate Supporting client management with research Helping with other projects as needed including on boarding and pricing updates Minimum requirements are as follows: Rx Claim by SXC software experience Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience A background working in a large, matrix environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications A high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills In addition, ideal assets include: Familiarity with Medi-Span Certification as a Pharmacy Technician A Bachelor’s degree UnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
