Business Analyst - Software Implementation

This company is located in Northern Columbus and is needing a Business Analyst with experience in multi-phased software implementations.Responsibilities: Assist and lead research regarding client business and medical management needs and goals. Analyze client's business and medical management assets/content and business/medical management processes. Design, defend and inspire clients, regarding needed business/medical management process redesign. Capture information and propose software functional design regarding new functionality requested by clients. Effectively troubleshoot implementation issues including inventing and proving eloquent work arounds and supporting software maintenance teams in their pursuit of correcting implementation inhibiting bugs. Communicate implementation methodology and plans to client business team members. Stay up to date on all new software features, functions and business issues and implementation options.Requirements: BA or BS Must have previous experience in a long, large, complex, multi-phased software implementation.
