Business Analyst with Healthcare Background - Must be US Citizen/Greencard Holder

Apex Systems is looking for a Business Analyst (with a Healthcare background) for a direct hire position in Columbus, OH.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Assist and/or lead research regarding client business, needs and goals

- Analyze client’s business and medical management assets/content and business/ medical management processes

- Design optimal software configuration to support clients’ business goals / needs

- Capture information and propose software functional design regarding new functionality requested by clients.

- Participate in delivering end user training for software.

- Effectively troubleshoot implementation issues

- Communicate implementation methodology and plans to client business team members.

- Control implementation scope and requirements

- Stay current regarding all new software features, functions, business issues and implementation options

- 50% - 65% travel (Domestic & International)

 

Qualifications:

- B.A. or B.S. degree required, advanced degree in business a plus

- Experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Industry

- Experience with a variety of software implementations

- Understanding of enterprise scale technologies and their architectures

-  Knowledge of healthcare industry entities, relationships, data sets and terminology a significant plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication
