Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and is able to consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects. Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs. Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs. Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology. •  ability to lead large process improvement initiatives and work with the Peradigm upgrade team to ensure we have best practice requirements fully vetted across the SSB business functions • ability to identify policy opportunities identified and managed through implementation • ability to define deliverables clearly (authors, reviewers, signoff, owner) • ability to evaluate and select fitting approaches, methods, and tools • ablity to provide expertise and leadership to lower level analysts on the analysis of business needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs • ablity to lead teams of analysts and consultants assigned to the most complex or enterprise-wide projects, typically those of highest importance and impact to the way in which we do business • ability to demonstrate understanding of complex transactions and related business process options across multiple functional areas • ability to develop hypothesis early and initiate activities to refine plans but start immediately (critical, cognitive thinking) Position may be located either in Camarillo, CA or Plano, TX.Requires BS/BA degree, 5-8 years related experience, which should include analysis and project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Healthcare experience required. Working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills required. Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, project management and PC skills. Ability to work with tight timeframes needed. Travel maybe required.
