Job Description:
The Analyst for Strategic Planning and Business Development is responsible for the coordination of the annual management plan and overall strategic plan which includes researching healthcare trends, evaluating and recommending business opportunities, providing project management support for key RHC initiatives, supporting the senior management team in business planning, implementation and project management initiatives, and assisting with the collection, interpretation, and submission of state and regulatory surveys and hospital-wide benchmarking information as requested.

Job Qualifications:
A Master's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management preferred and 1-3 years experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of computer technology programs including Decision Support, Comp Data, as well as software programs for database management, spreadsheet analysis, word processing, presentation development and graphics required. Must possess an understanding of hospital operations and interdepartmental relationships. Excellent communication, listening and analytical skills also required. Work schedule is generally Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and evening hours.
