Business Relationship Manager

Business Relationship Managers strategically manage the relationship for Argus customer accounts; they are internal and external advocates. They define and influence best business/service practices both internally and externally. Business Relationship Managers perform analysis in relation to business processes, product utilization, resource allocation, and industry practices and architect strategic solutions for customers business problems or deficiencies. Business Relationship Managers often partner with the development team to provide input into the future direction of products/services and the marketing/sales team to identify potentially new markets or business opportunities. They assist the sales and implementation teams in new start-ups/prospects; they identify up-sell opportunities within new and existing accounts. Business Relationship Managers prepare communications and make presentations on process recommendations, enhancements, and/or unconventional solution alternatives for complex issues. With a focus on client retention, they maintain team communication with new and existing customers. Business Relationship Managers work directly with pharmacists in project management of clinical initiatives and project management of operational best practice recommendations. They function as project sponsors for customers, ensuring that customers requirements and needs are met.
