Location: 70th and Sand Point Way This position requires process and/or application expertise and strong leadership skills to work with key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues throughout project phases of assessment, design, build, testing, training and implementation. This role is responsible for taking formal or informal lead on projects mentoring other project analysts. This position is responsible for one or more of the following as assigned: business requirements; current and future state documentation; functional specifications and use cases development; prototypes; module design; build and configuration; testing; training and activation support. Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Computer Science, Math, Business or related field, or equivalent training / work experience, at least 7 years progressively responsible work experience as an Information Analyst or equivalent, which includes: experience with mainframe, client/server and / or RDBMS concepts, and experience creating Cerner CCL reports and rules. Prefers: experience with clinical, hospital and / or financial applications and / or systems, experience with Microsoft applications and tools, experience working with vendors, consultants and other purchased services, and proven record of project completion through use of methodologies including project and time management, team development and status reporting.
