Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.* Review the entire account to see if all team members have not overlooked any part of the account pertaining to insurance billing, claims follow up and that collections have been made.* Review every date of service with money due attached to a claim.* Review claim, make sure payment due matches the amount we are expecting and if the correct adjustment has been made such as off account or to patient. If claim is marked partially paid make sure note shows additional information has been given to rebill the claim.* Make sure payment arrangement is set for all balannces due by the patient.Come join an environment where we learn from each other and each individual performs at his or her best with teamwork, communication and shared values.

Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.* Thorough knowledge of dental operations, as well as knowledge of human relations topics and conflict resolution.* Skills required include user knowledge of Word, Excel, and QSI software applications, and use of standard office equipment (e.g., telephones, copiers, scanners, facsimilies, calculators).* Ability to draw valid conclusions, apply sound judgment in making decisions, and to make decisions under pressure.* Ability to read and understand documents such as insurance forms, being able to differentiate between PPO's versus HMO's.* Ability to direct the work of others and work as a team player in attainment of goals.* Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.* Minimum 1 year experience in a dental setting.
