Job Description:
Reports to the CPN Director of Performance Management with a dotted line to the CCNS Director of Managed Care. Provides education, training and professional support of CCNS quality and performance initiatives for CCNS and the Independent Practice Associations (IPAs). Responsible for assisting physician practices with tools, methods and techniques for implementing, monitoring and succeeding in quality and performance activities. Provides support for implementation of CCNS programs and projects. Acts as project manager for designated projects.
This position can be based out of either Norwood, Brockton, or Fall River.
Qualifications:
Bachelors and 3 years related experience in provider or health plan setting.
