CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (DAYS and NIGHTS)

Join us now as we are seeking Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) for both our day and night shifts in our Staffing Services Department to perform direct patient care. Provide patient care (bathing, oral care, feeding, ambulation, vital signs). Perform other duties include inventory, documentation, clerical, dietary, light housekeeping and computer input. Opportunities exist for Certified Nurse Assistants to be non-benefited, be paid weekly and have the flexibility to create their own schedule by calling in when they want to work or be called in based on patient census. There are also positions available for Certified Nurse Assistants who want to be eligible for benefits, be paid bi-weekly and generate their schedule 4-weeks in advance. Arizona State Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license with a minimum of 2 years recent acute care/ICU experience and BLS required. CNA's from the staffing pool will float to all departments of the hospital, both adult and pediatric, to work with the department patient care teams. CNA's are used for patient care as well as in sitter cases. Flexibility and strong communication skills are a must, along with being a team player in a multitude of different settings.
