Position Description:

The liver transplant coordinator is responsible for the clinical evaluation and care of patients both pre and post liver transplant.Participates in professional leadership activities including quality improvement, education and consultation to nursing staff and contributes to the planning, implementation and evaluation of APN standards of care and practice. Participates in the education and research activities of the transplant team.

Qualifications:

Current Pennsylvania RN licenseMinimum two years pediatric nursing experience in acute care / critical care environmentMSN preferred
