Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary health care team to assess and provide nutritional intervention for all patients identified at nutritional risk by the interdisciplinary team. Develops orientation, education, knowledge and skills as appropriate for patients, including the pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and adult patient, plus the terminally ill patient. This position works within the Department of Nutrition and Food Service, under the direction of the Director of Nutrition. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Requires a bachelor's degree and completion of an accredited internship or approved pre-professional program.
