Certified Nursing Assistant requiredCPR RequiredCNA: Under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, performs a variety of duties to support the department as it relates to direct patient care. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served on the assigned unit. NUA: Works in collaboration with the Nurse Manager and Resource Nurse. With minimum supervision, prioritizes and performs clerical duties including data entry in PRISM. Maintains confidentiality regarding PRISM in preparing, compiling and maintaining medical records. Demonstrates interpersonal and organization skills to serve as a coordinator. Under the direction of a registered nurse, assists the nurse and therapist with patient care treatment. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit. Performs other duties as assigned. CPR training required.
