Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards. This position should work with the eligibility feeds and reports that have been provided to the carriers and perform all necessary follow-up with the carriers to ensure that the files have been loaded timely, and to document this status to leadership. Work issues and problems with participants based on feedback from the call center. This would include urgent updates, answer issue views, document metrics for management reporting.   This position will serve as the Ongoing Eligibility coordination point, and will communicate regularly with Client Services and our clients to identify any delays in eligibility processing, id card generation, error processing, etc.  These delays have a critical impact on our customers and will need to be escalated when identified.  Primary Responsibilities: Provide status reports to senior management on weekly and monthly basis. Analyze problems and develop solutions using structured system analysis methodologies. Strong communication relationships with multiple carriers and clients.  This position will be largely responsible for our relationship with many large carriers and strong communication skills and documentation skills will be necessary Work with clients, carriers and team members reducing technical issues. Participate in client conference calls and meetings. Maintain close working relationship with management. Assist management in development of process methodologies. Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multitask. Decision making abilities.  Technical research/Problem solving. Request additional information as required by policy. Achieve the established production standards. Achieve the established accuracy standards. Prioritize and organize the work flow. Support ad hoc duties as requested by the COBRA Processing Team Lead/ COBRA Manager.   Qualifications: High school diploma is required; Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred. 3 to 5 years of Disbursements, Technical Support or Customer service experience in business environment is required. This position requires 2-3 years experience relevant to dealing with carriers and eligibility management.  This position requires demonstrated project management skills and exceptional communication skills.  2 years of PC knowledge (i.e. MS Word, Excel) is required. 2 or more years of experience working with clients, vendors and or providers will be strongly preferred.  Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere:  equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
