COMMUNITY LIAISON - Broward County
Unique opportunity for healthcare professional with
extensive clinical background- Nurse, social services, therapist preferred but NOT REQUIRED
looking to get into marketing in healthcare.
Mon- Fri position. NO WEEKENDS!

Main Duties include:
*Assessing potential candidates for nursing home eligibility
*Identifying, prioritizing and developing referral sources within assigned market
*Management of primary referring hospitals in regards to referrals and relationships
*Review charts, and assist with any questions from referral and/or family members.

Marketing Duties include:
*Sales calls to identify new and potential referral sources with setting up meetings.
*Must complete assessments and have excellent communication with the Admission/Marketing Director.
*Identify options for partnering with other providers in the market and assist them to develop partnerships with necessary providers.
*Must possess comprehensible knowledge and understanding of the health care and reimbursement environments.

Previous LTC exp a plus! Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must!
