COOK / BAKER - EMMC

Work Hours

Work Shift
8AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Will be working a a team enviroment, preparing and serving food for patents and staff at EMMC. Will be asked and expected to cook all meals and meet dietary guidelines. Must be accurate and able to follow recipes.

Job Requirements
Knowledge of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment. Must work cooperatively and maintain a professional attitude.Able to operate and clean many pieces of kitchen equipment (slicers, ovens,broilers steam jackets kettles, grills etc.) Must be able to calculate recipes quantities and make accurate projections of food quanities.
