Currently, we are partnering with one of San Antonio's top employers and have numerous opportunities within their organization.  We have several openings for the position of COPA Specialist.  This position requires a high degree of accuracy, performance and efficiency.  You will also handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers and internal team members.  Performance scorecard results are tracked and monitored consistently.

Responsibilities include:Monitoring of Unbilled Documents report and collection of missing documents. Assist in resolution of orders beyond authorization date Monitor Ship Pending report, and maintain Bizflow to ensure complete documentation is obtained. Prioritize orders Assist with retrieval documents Processing of required paperwork Comply with all HIPAA procedures Coordinate product delivery Participate in overtime work as needed

Qualified candidates will possess:HS Diploma or GED 2 years of experience within healthcare, medical billing, or customer service experience Intermediate PC skills Excellent telephone and problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidentiality and discretion in business relationships Some travel may be required
