What we’re looking for:

 

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of one year prior work experience in a call center environment strongly preferred, preferably in a medical products sales or Home Health setting.  Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum of high school diploma or GED and a combination of experience and education may be considered.Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and medical insurance strongly preferred. Superior customer service orientation.  Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to patiently, passionately yet professionally communicate with customers. Able to adjust both tone and pace to provide excellent individualized service. Proven ability to multi-task and effectively manage time in order to meet department expectations within a fast-paced environment.  Able to adapt readily to changing work priorities. Ability to expediently research, follow-through and resolve issues as necessary and ability to know when to appropriately escalate them. Demonstrated sense of accountability with proven aptitude to identify and offer solutions to improve departmental processes and enhance the customer’s experience. Effective active listening skills.Possesses the confidence to make decisions in the best interest of the customer applying the Company values and standard business practices. Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications.Excellent command and use of the English language, ability to speak, comprehend, read, and write clearly.  Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Ability to satisfactorily complete initial and ongoing training.Aptitude for selling the best products for the patient.
