CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

For

Salt Lake City, Utah

Internal Customer Service Reps:  Will work at the PHS Salt Lake City facility

External Customer Service Reps:  Will travel to hospitals

 

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative & energetic individuals to fill several Customer Service Rep positions in the Salt Lake City area. 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

 Represent PHS as the customer liaisonCustomer problem solving utilizing PHS resources as needed Respond promptly to customer needs with accurate and complete data Identify ways to improve PHS service to the customer Perform pro-active follow up with PHS support team members to ensure quick resolution to customer requests through collaboration and teamwork Respond to customer questions regarding products, programs and services, providing accurate information and support. Effective verbal and written communication skills with hospital staff and PHS support team

 Qualifications:

 Ideal candidates will possess medical product knowledge.  Will also have the ability to solve problems in a timely manner, analyze information skillfully, and develop alternative solutions.  Have the ability to provide exceptional service by managing difficult or emotional customers while responding to their needs.  Able to focus on solving conflict and maintaining confidentiality.  Communicate with managers, customers and staff in a clear and informative manner.  Candidates must embody the PHS philosophy of our CUSTOMER mission statement and garner the respect of peers, sales team and customers.
