Then, Matria Healthcare may be right for you!  We seek experienced call center professionals for a long-term temporary assignment to join our Rosemont, IL team!POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for contacting identified participants by phone and/or other electronic means to promote disease management programs and services.  Under the direction of the Enrollment Manager and the Team Leader, provides administrative support to the team and engages participant in identified programs to maximize client enrollments and optimal customer service.  PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Ø  Manages high volume of phone calls and discerns issues appropriately.Ø  Inputs all referral information from all clients in a timely manner as required.Ø  Contacts individuals from referrals regarding participation in disease management program.  Explain all aspects of the program.  Respond to participant’s inquiries and concerns to promote participation.Ø  Obtain demographic information and input in computer to initiate the medical record.Ø  Completes assessments and or reschedules with the appropriate team staff according to procedures.Ø  Contact participants to schedule follow-up questionnaires.Ø  Complete outcome information on program participants (when appropriate) referring any clinical issues to an appropriate clinical staff.Ø  Refers all matters requiring clinical assessment/reactive contact on clinical questions to designated clinical staff.Ø  Position must be knowledgeable regarding program components.Ø  Ability to work effectively within assigned team and other teams in the department.Ø  Maintain number of minimum calls as established per protocol.Ø  Conduct job function in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, and supports the company’s core values and basic principles.Our ideal candidates will possess:Call center experience, preferably healthcare Strong sales/telemarketing experience Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred. Collections experience is okay too Willingness to learn Good listening skills, empathy and compassion Pleasant speaking tone Great work ethic, just do it mindset Flexibility, ability to adjust quickly Passion for the product and belief in what we do Competitiveness Enthusiasm Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred Come join our team!
