Call Center Sales Representative

  Hi-Health, a well known provider of health knowledge and products, located in the Scottsdale area for the past 36 years, is expanding their National Call Center operations. Hi-Health has immediate openings in their call center for experienced inside sales representatives. Individuals in this role will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls of new and existing customers. The individuals will provide health product information, process orders, and provide customer service functions to customers. An individual will need effective sales skills, strong verbal and communication skills, and the desire to work with the customer on their needs.

 

The individuals will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding set goals and indirectly affect departmental sales goals. The call center provides flexible work hours. The call center is operational Monday through Saturday, from 6am to 6pm. Individuals applying must be flexible as schedules rotate.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

 

1.  2-3 years of inbound and outbound telesales experience

2.  Strong Selling Skills

3.  Strong Customer Service Skills

4.  Strong Communication skills – effective listening skills and the ability to listen and direct customers

5.  Basic PC Skills

6.  HS Diploma or GED
